Information we may use

A live Zalendo service may use account details such as your name, phone number, email, customer ID, partner purchase references, points activity, payout destination details and service preferences.

How information supports the service

Information may be used to manage your account, connect eligible purchases to your customer ID, verify activity, display points, process eligible cash payout requests, provide support and protect the service.

Partners and service providers

Relevant purchase information may be shared with participating partners and payment providers to verify eligible activity or process a payout, subject to defined access and data protection controls.

Your choices and rights

A production service should provide clear ways to review or update account details, manage optional communications, ask questions about personal information and exercise applicable privacy rights.
