These draft terms are provided to complete the customer experience prototype. They are not final legal terms and must be reviewed and approved by Zalendo before launch.

Using Zalendo

Zalendo is a loyalty discovery experience that helps customers find participating businesses and track points associated with eligible purchases. Partners determine eligible products and validate purchases.

Points and purchase validation

Points displayed in this demo are simulated. In a live service, points would be credited only after a partner validates the purchase and the customer confirms it where required. Reversals, refunds and rejected purchases may affect the points shown.

Cash redemption

Points may be eligible to convert to money under business rules that are still being finalized. Conversion rates, minimum thresholds, payout fees, timing and eligibility must be published before a real redemption service is offered. A request is not a guarantee of payment.

Membership

Free trial duration and any paid features are demo settings. Zalendo must clearly disclose prices, billing intervals, access changes and cancellation terms before any subscription is activated.
